+play is a streamlined platform that enhances the customer experience by allowing users to easily discover and purchase subscription services all in one place. From the home screen, customers can explore exclusive offers, learn about them, and make purchases quickly. The platform removes the hassle of repeatedly entering credit card information, reducing the friction often associated with managing modern subscription services.

+play is the ultimate hub for discovering new subscription services. In the 'Discover' section, users can browse the latest offerings from popular platforms like Netflix, Max, and Disney+. Additionally, they can access detailed information about the movies and TV shows that capture their interest, making it easy to stay informed and entertained.

Manage everything on +play

+play lets you easily manage subscriptions like Netflix, Xbox Game Pass, and Peloton from one platform. It offers a clear breakdown of your monthly expenses and exclusive deals for Verizon customers, maximizing your savings.

Redesigning +play: Evolving User Experience

During my three years with +play, my role evolved significantly. Initially focused on designing templates, I later led a full product layout overhaul. In year two, as Verizon sought more dynamic shopping solutions, the beta version fell short of shareholder expectations. We then launched a 12-week 'north star' project to reimagine the product, generating numerous innovative ideas. From these, we prioritized key features and aesthetics, guiding the development of the 3.0 version.

+play successfully launched in March 2022. Our team pushed it above and beyond and eventually it was featured on the Grammy’s.
