I like messy problems. The ones where nobody's quite sure what the real issue is yet, where the stakes are high and the path forward isn't obvious. Most people want to skip past the ambiguity, but I've learned that's usually where the real work is. That's where I do my best thinking.

I think in systems. Not screens, not deliverables, but the underlying logic that holds a product together. The patterns and models that let teams build faster without painting themselves into corners.

I care a lot about craft. Maybe too much. But I've seen what happens when design feels even slightly off. People don't trust it. They don't use it. Getting the details right isn't polish, it's the work.

I stay close to the problem from the beginning all the way through to ship. Framing, prototyping, testing, defining edge cases. I want to know how something will actually behave, not just how it looks in a deck.

I use AI the way I use any good tool. It handles the tedious stuff so I can spend more time on the things that require a human in the room.
